I've read everything about Willis O'Brien's (rather sad) attempts to get a King Kong vs. Frankenstein/The Gingko/Prometheus off the ground since the 1930s, finally letting Toho change it to KKvG -- and of course I knew about Frankenstein Conquers the World and King Kong Escapes -- and I've always wanted to write fan-sequels to Kong, Frankenstein, Godzilla, etc. -- but the above concept never once occurred to me! Great depiction of a great idea!
Next: Kong vs. the Gargantuas!!

Hey My uncle Mike does stop motion film and is still making them. He would love to make a black and white film. He actually made a King Kong vs Frankenstein film that you could view on youtube. The page is amazmo.

Y'know, depending on the source of Frank's stylin' over-the-shoulder loincloth, Kong might have MORE than ample cause (aside from Xian mind-screw rays) to try tearing this Monster a few new "stitch points". However, that infamous electrical powerup seems likely to backfire in a big way against this foe ("It's ALIVE...and TURBOCHARGED!").
That said, you're in rare form here. The Monster's off-panel exercise regimen & facial reconstructive surgery have worked wonders, and your commitment to near-precisely replicating Toho Kong's design (fur-framed ape-teats & all) with a skosh more expression is equally lauadble. Ah, and that mountaintop castle. Pure O.G. class.
One query: is that mid-background funk distant foliage, or smoke from the wrecked cityscape?
