Description
Yep, I finally got around to making a stamp tutorial! This one is quite basic, but I might also create an extra section for animated stamps soon c:
The Example Stamp
Note: Although I have offered my own style up as an example, please don't be tempted to just copy the elements I use - be creative and make something unique! ♥
Free Stamp Templates
If you don't fancy making your own border, check out these great free templates! One is simple, the other has some added extras.
If you use a template of any kind, be sure to check the original artists' rules on giving appropriate credit!
If you don't have Photoshop or can't afford it, here is a list of free alternatives !
If you have any other questions, please feel free to comment! I will put any frequently-asked ones here.

This stamp tutorial was perfect ^w^
Easy to understand,
And I'm really glad you said you used Adobe Photoshop!
Cuz I use it myself
And therefore know my way around it fairly well!
This will be going into my favorites
For future reference!
So
Thank you very much for making this!

Sorry for the late reply! I know what you mean, finding a good stamp font that's not giant can be hard. I personally use Small Fonts (which comes with all Windows PCs but you can download it also), on a size like 5 or 7 pt., for most text cause it's clean and pixelly. You can also get away with using some other fonts if they are clean at small sizes - just have a play around! Make sure the 'anti-alias' settings for the font are on 'sharp' or similar because that stops it blurring, and putting a thin outline on text in a contrasting colour can help it stand out if it's kinda blurry at a small scale. Hope that helps! c:

I have a question!
I get to do all this, but im a little peeved, as I dont know how to use my own personally installed fonts from my computer on my program. Is there any other program? Because all those alternatives have changed/closed.

This is great! I finally realize I can make my OWN stamp templates, not just mooch off others'...Also, this will work a lot better now that I have a program that supports transparency.
