Sasuke, from Naruto Shippuden.Actually this picture, I made from the original wallpaper in my desktop computer,I really loved this image (credit to pyrogas--who made the orginal digital art, and become the best wallpaper in my computer).

okay...here's the secret
I used tablet (intuos 3) to finished the sketch
all the sketch, mostly I do it in photoshop (CS3) program, with brush tool, and blur tool (some part as you can see it).
