I made this little guy in 4 hours. It's a pity that I don't have enough free time for higher budget pieces

I imagine these critters to be a cross between dragons and vampire bats. They use their barbed tails to slash victims' skin and then lap at the blood rather than sucking it through fangs.
They're a common nuisance in fantasy settings because they plague livestock and humans with blood-born pathogens.
Perhaps there is an herb that they don't like, which people wear pinned to their clothing. It is hung by doors and windows as well as grown around barns and pastures to protect livestock Β

I was waiting for another single dragon piece! This one is so small but so awesome! I love that you added the background design to it too! I like its slight shadow over the back design. For four hours you didnt sell yourself short!
