Description
This is an ooooooold kiriban prize I owed *Weresquirrel94 - her next-gen Bleach OCs. From left, Aoi Masami, Hitsugaya-Etsuchi Akimitsu, Yoshida Toshiaki, Yoshida Natsumi, and Tsuruji-Misashi Arashi. Well, ~Jeffhog also part-owns Natsumi and Toshiaki, since their daddy is his Shigeru. And Arashi is mine, but Tsu-kun might beg to differ.

Now, time for the ramblings. Tsu-kun's expression is a dead ringer for the default expression of a certain guy who goes to my school. I didn't realise this at first, so I wondered why Tsu-kun looked so familiar, but not in the way that he's usually familiar to me. Then for some reason, I thought of Judah (that's the guy's name), and the penny dropped. Even my sister agrees with the resemblance- and that's rare.

I've continued on my tradition of using way too many different pencils for Arashi's hair. Eight or nine this time, including three different blues, two reds, two browns, a yellow, and my awesome skin colour pencil. And I'd never really seen it this way before, but her hair is freakin' GORGEOUS. Suddenly I completely understand what Squirrel is on about when she gushes over Arashi-san.

Oh, and if Toshiaki looks somewhat like Yukiya, it's the expression. That's the face I use for Yukiya often when I draw him, so yeah.

And I don't know what sort of trees those are in the background, but I love big buttress roots like that, so I couldn't resist drawing 'em. With the fence there as well, however, there was just way too freakin' much brown. I tried to jazz it up a wee bit, but I dunno if I succeeded.

Anyway, Squirrel, hope you like it.

And do you know what? With this done, I don't have a backlog of kiriban prizes to draw anymore! I haven't not had one to do for aaaaages- I think since maybe my 8K kiriban, or something like that... Man, that's ages ago now!
