However the sharpness of the model against the blurry background ruins it a bit for me. Perhaps you can sharpen the background a bit or maybe blurry the model so it fits better with each other?

I am still learning how to create the "focused" effect 
I kind of tried to blur the edges but probably the sharpening filter brought it out again. I'll try to blur it a little more then =3

I like the stocks, which you chose for this one. And the title reminds me one of Moonspell's songs (with the same title "Dreamless" ^^). The lighting is really nice. This one has got at the same time dangerous and peaceful atmosphere... Or maybe rather tense, like something is going to happen. Or it's just my interpretation and impression at first sight. Whatever ^^ I like it
