Description
This is part 3 of the second project I have ongoing in my Animation Scene and Layout class. The entire class concentrates on one theme from which we had to come up with characters, storyboards, turnarounds, backgrounds and finished paintings of everything included. The theme for this quarter is "Saloon Brawl" where we have to incorporate 3 main characters - a protagonist, an antagonist and a barkeep.

Fortunately, we had the choice to do whatever we wanted, as long as it fit the whole Western style and feel. I would have totally gone and done my characters, but I know how much hell I would have to go through to complete something like that, so I went with my second favorite thing, dinosaurs. Yep, dinosaurs and western guys! At least it's not aliens. >.>

This turnaround is that of Demetrius, the protagonist of the lot. He's an outcast, but even while he's not welcomed in most places and others look him down, he means well and would do anything to stop Big Al and his crew. I'll post the storyboards soon when I find a way to combine them all to one file. It may clear things up a bit...

I will forever dislike drawing linearts and turnarounds after this project. ._.
