or, does he protect them of his knowledge?
or may be his so small size is how he is seen by them?
But, he is not small, because his wisdom although they saw it as a donkey cart managed to protect him from the sun's heat !
Sometimes your sanity, even if seen as useless, is your shield.
See how his wisdom look bigger than their carriers and vehicles combined. who is smaller now?

So beautiful... and yet so lonely. It's the perfect picture of a scene in a book I read called "The Gun Slinger."

A young boy is caught in this limbo, a disparaged desert-like place near an abandoned saloon called "The Way-Station..."

This is nigh exactly what I saw in my mind's eye.

Now I just wonder:

I see the "him..."

... but where's the 'them?'
