OK, some people know this illustration but in fact, the first version have some texts ( [link] ). So this is the clean version.CCCP is one of my concept : Cyber Cute Cat Police.
DST is the french secret services, but in this illustration, DST mean Delivery Services for all Territories.
^0^, I know, french humor is really strange.... ^___^;
