I'd consider this piece a vent art, which I never tend to draw nor publish. I've always felt silly when trying to express my bad feelings in an art piece and I'm such a slow worker that the mood already fades by the time I get to finishing. I'm okay now, I had some issues with my medication and felt really dizzy for a while.
