Description
I drew this over the Christmas holidays, it's my OC Mosswish running through a nightmare and all the hands that are grabbing for her and the ones standing and looming behind her are Dark Forest Warriors/Wolves. (Lol yes I sometimes imagine that there are shadow wolves in the dark forest)
in a way I guess this is also based on reality. I often think of Mosswish as a character that represents me, so the fact that she had nightmares where there are things grabbing at her and taunting her is quite similar to the night terrors I experience every other night.

Here is a short little blurb that goes with the drawing :

Mosswish awoke into a different world. The one of dreaming and nightmares, at first she thought it would be the territories of StarClan, but as she began to walk about, the grass and bright light gave way to shrill darkness. The young ginger she-cat felt a chill creep up her paws and to the tip of her tail, she began to walk away but found that now the smoky stretched on forever. The tall trees loomed above her, their bark smooth and black. "I hate you......come and die.........join us....." came the sudden voices from inside Mosswish's, she spun around in panic, her bright blue eyes opened wide and shocked.
"who is there?!" she cried. There was no reply. The tall she-cat then slunk around the grassless land, with her head and belly close to the ground. Her ears were pricked and attentive, picking up every crunch and slightest sound. Then a something cold grazed her thin fur, she turned to see a giant black, shadowy hand reach for her. There were several, all around her, some even in the forms of predators like wolves and cougars. She screamed as their clawed paws sliced for her throat and back, she stumbled and fell but then raced across the shadowy terrain at top speed. The shadows followed her, made moves to grab for her legs and take her down with the. "come with usssss.....die with us....kill with us......" the voices said.
"NO!" yelled Mosswish. "Please no!" a hand grabbed her by the neck and sliced deep to the bone. Blood pureed from the wound and the orange she-cat struggled weakly......
"AGH!!!" mosswish the awoke in the warriors den, panting.
"are you ok?" Cherrymint's voice sounded groggily from beside her. her eyes her eyes were round and tired.
"No, its nothing." replied mosswish and then settled down to sleep again, and this time dreamlessly.

Actually I am quite happy with the turnout even if there is a slight dark message in the background hahaha I got to try out my new opaque marker!!! Woohoo
anyhow every so often along with posting fanart I'll bring in my OCs in so you can get to know them better and the worlds (along with my fictional warriors cars world and clan) they live in
