First off the pose, although not new is a very classic pose in feminine photography and always works like a charm
Also the dress and the colors of the lipstick and earring are quite well chosen and really become the model's skin tone and the overall photo well.
Also the choice of the white background is a very nice touch and serves to bring out the vibrancy in the colors.
The model's smile is also very pretty, not sultry but still attractive and eye-catching. So as to make you want to know her and be with her instead of inciting arousal in you.
