This was obviously inspired by my rant a few journals ago about Kanye's overbearing 'confidence' and semi-outrageous claims about his position on the world scale.I figured it would be hypocritical of me as an artist to say that he should let his art speak for him, and have me blabber on about it. So I decided to do a piece to reflect my opinion. I'm mostly fucking around, and chuckled a little bit when I put that "me" pattern together. Plus I think I nailed the likeness pretty well.
Bottom line: I respect the dude, I love his beats (for the most part) and you have to respect his audacity. His attitude is just a little annoying though, you have to admit.

I found the image I used for reference on google, and it says "Junko Kimora", so I think that's where the credit would go for the original pic.

I remember in an interview once, Kanye mentioned h ued to do alot of drawing and anime was his inspiration (Stronger music video, was criticially referenced to the 1988 classic animated film "AKIRA") I wonder if his skills have improved now? I'm just saying, as an artist, I'd be a gay fish as well if I haven't relieved any emotional stress or expressed myself via an outlet, but I do dig his music, respect his person.
