Thanks They don't really like people standing on the tracks like this and I kind of got lectured Didn't have the heart to say "Its OK. I used to hop trains all over the city when I was a kid"

Lol. The train services where I live go mental if someone goes onto the tracks but then I suppose we do have a train going out of the station twice every half an hour.

Yes they aren't keen on it at all here either. I didn't know I was supposed to ask permission for these so when I asked I kind of got the rundown. They said if I ask they will send some men and make a special "safe" time for it. I figure though since I still have my hearing then it was OK since it would be pretty strange to get run down by a train. Anyway I try to respect their wishes now and don't stand on them to shoot. They also gave me the permission to sell any I have already taken.

The band that used my pictures on their CD cover did a photo shoot for their first CD and didn't ask either I guess when the CD came out they got a blast
They were sitting and playing in the band all over the tracks and some trains too [link]
