My father had a triple bypass at 43. Later he had the arteries replaced in his legs. He had 2 strokes and over 100 heart attacks and he has been expected to die since he was 50. He died 2 years ago at 73. His father died at 54 and was the oldest male in our family for many generations. Soon I will be older than he was when he died.
That's trippy but its an example that we have no control over it. I had an uncle that was given 6 months to live. His heart was in terrible shape. He died with alzheimers about 40 years later

Yep! I knew an old fellow that was told he wouldn't last
but a few years and he made it another 35 years I think it was.

I've lived. I've seen and done enough. I'm sure I will live a very long time though.

I moved from my home town 5 years ago and since we left Becky lost her Mom. Her Dad was gone for 10 years, but I lost both parents and I bet I lost 10 friends or more and more of them are waiting to die with cancer.
I'm only 47 but most of my friends I went to school with are gone now. Of course being from a fishing village I lost a lot of them by the boatload.

Of course everlasting torture in hell doesn't sound so nice either I like to think I'm paying off that one here.
If I am going to hell then I'm pretty sure there won't be many going to heaven cause I think morally I'm ahead of 85% of the priests in the world.

That could be!! lol I like to think the suffering we
do here is footing the bill for good times in the next
life! I think that's kinda the same thing you said.

Even if the end is the end and there's nothing after,
I think I'm ready to find out! There seems to be 4 theories
that I know of. Heaven, hell, re incarnation and nothing!
Heaven, re-incarnation and nothing don't sound to bad!
Seems like a 25% chance of something bad and a 75% chance
of something no so bad! The odds seem pretty descent!

Ya seem to have a great family, tons of friends, pics
and memories of lots of great places and things many
of us have never seen! Sounds like a pretty darned good
life to me!
