I haven't manipulated in quite some time now... wow. It felt nice
I think this might actually be mixed media though, because the horse is drawn by me, but the background is stock.
Also, I did this in Procreate on my iPad. Procreate doesn't have all the bells and whistles like Photoshop does, but it can still get the job done!
