Aah, thanks! Feathertail has always been one of those characters whose stories engrossed me, and I tried my best to get some of her emotions, I guess, into the picture.

Thanks! I'm afraid not--I was trying to think of a Feathertail related phrase that I could use as a title, and this came to mind. I'll have to look up that song, though.

I used the mac version of Painttool SAI, and I played around with the luminosity/shade layer modes to get the glowey effect.
