Well that's nice isn't it? I fav your wallpaper and give it a nice comment, and all you can do is leave a nasty comment about me. Well thanks a lot. Guess I know what kind of person you are now. And it isn't just a radial blur for your information. I used a lot of layers and effects to create this wallpaper.

Looks cool. I personally think that the Radial Blur filter should have been set at a higher resolution, but I'm just being anal at the moment. But while I'm on this streak, I might as well digress that you sould have used some more distortion coupled with semi-transparent layers to give this a sense of depth, because it still looks a little flat. Looks cool, though, and you got 30 comments before this one, so what really matters is if lots of people liked it. A fine accomplishment.

u could have used "DOF" effect since your focus is at the center and everything blurs out.. but i could be wrong... the way i see it its easier that way... but hey! nice art! *****

i'm guessing that you took this from the matrix website(or somewhere else) and did some filters in ps(like zoom). why? because you can't get those letters/characters by using the tutorial to create the matrix code in ps- all you get are square dots(that's what texture --> grain vertical
gives you).

like it, nonetheless

i would guess
texture --> grain vertical
artistic --> neon glow
stylize --> glowing edges
blur --> radial blur zoom
but quite nice but not my view of the matrix

It's a nice piece, but very simple
Two thumbs up on the imaginative work, the actual work wasn't that complicated,
