signed artist's printsWatercolor study inside my Moleskine. I had a reference photo that caught my interest on Pinterest and thought it could be a good exercise to try painting water reflections. It wasn't easy and I would have done differently a lot of things but I still like the result.
Watercolor looks best when you stop being afraid of wet on wet techniques and learn how to use them in your paintings. Still learning

The proportions of the face was done really well! However, you should considering lowering the hairline next time. It gives off a younger impression on the model. As for the mouth, adjusting the peak of the cupids bow to align it with the chin would make it more symmetrical. The effects that you've applied to the water is simplistic; to add a bit of variation add a lighter shade of blue to the areas that's shone upon on with light. The technique you applied when you highlighted the face was very appealing! Keep up the good work ,I'm a fan! :>
