Just came across this and wanted to say how arresting it is. It's just evokes India, specifically the beaches by Mumbai, to me, oh and the smell of charcoal fires. But despite personal reminisces the painting its self is an inspiration.

Really love the colors you did on this one. Great contrast and sense of atmosphere. The water's texture is right on, even the faint foams! Very awesome. Even sand got it right too, subtle hue changes with texture there and there. Very effective! +fav mainly for atmosphere and colors!
