Tomorrow (October 8th) I will have a stall at Leeds Steampunk Market, in Leeds, Yorkshire, UK. This is the first of its kind and is organised by my good friend and fellow artist Geof Banyard. Details of where, when and who will be there can be found on the Facebook page linked to here [link] The venue is great as it is an old church (Left Bank Leeds, Cardigan Road). It starts at 12 until 9pm and there will be lots of stalls, art and entertainment all themed around Steampunk.I have painted this new Steampunk style dragon especially for the event. For me Steampunk is all about inventions and I enjoyed creating the dragon design and the concept of it being mechanical and hanging from a pocket watch.
The first 20 people at the Steampunk Market to come and say "Clockwork dragon" to me will receive a free signed limited edition print of this artwork

Have only just found this through Googling 'Steampunk'. Have been a fan (very much on the margins!) for several years, since my Lincoln shop was 'invaded' over one weekend in 2009 when the Steampunk Convention was held there over four days. I had a wonderful time and was 'adopted' into the genre to the extent of being invited to have drinks with some of them pre their 'Victorian Ball' (or was it Edwardian that time..?). As my shop was an Antiques and Collectables shop i sold quite a few items to the visitors! And I have a lovely selection of photos which I took of all of the ones whom I met. Alas, my shop is no more but I still 'do' Antiques & Collectables including
miniatures for Dollshouses. Steampunk arrived on the miniature scene a few years ago and I am delighted to say that I now make minis in steampunk fashion! As Dragons are another obsession of mine I was delighted to find your beautiful poster. I hope that you will still get this 'comment' and
