This one is also unfinished, but I don't have time to work on it any further. I gotta crank stuff out. XDWell! Here's one of the more interesting images in my portfolio. The reference is a photograph of the skeleton in the art classroom. She's featured in two of my other paintings, as well. XD
Anywho! I don't know how much I like this edit, but it serves its purpose for now.

Haha, I've got lots of drawings like that, where one part of the body looks great, but the other doesn't look as great. But I agree with you, the more time I spend on something, the better it looks...until the perfectionist side of me messes it up!

Great light and shade on the bones (as usual) and it looks very realistic.
I know that this is a WIP, but the ribcage in the background doesn't look right (probably due to this being unfinished. Sorry, I'm having a bit of a Cpt. Obvious moment

I agree with you completely. The ribcage and the two arm bones bug me really badly. XD I'm okay with the hand and the humerus, but everything else needs some serious help. >_O
The teacher just found out that we've been allotted an extra week to finish our portfolios. So! I may have time to work on this painting some more, after all!
