I really like the focus and the lighting. I find it's very hard to get the focus on the middle ground with an out-of-focus background and foreground.

I'm not exactly experienced in the field of portraits or commenting on them, but I do quite like this. The soft colours make it easy on the eye and makes everything look peaceful/tranquil. The lighting is quite nice as well as the blurred bushes in the foreground.
