This is a drawing of a scene from a fanfiction I wrote a few months ago. Hiyono stole Ayumu's umbrella. She was dancing in the rain and he spoiled her fun, so she's getting revenge.
I don't known, I really don't know. I'm not really sure about anything in this drawing.
I've never really drawn rain before, let alone people in it. I'm still looking for more reference material for various things. Ayumu's hand(s) look kind of weird, and I'm not sure about the position of his arms, and my little sister says Hiyono's arm looks like a noodle. ( 
)The background looks, well, empty. But I have no idea what to do about that. Seriously, no idea.
Maybe it needs more, but I'm not sure what else to put back there. The grass needs detail but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. If you have any advice and/or tips for (if) I color it, please tell me. I can use all the help I can get.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must continue my search for reference material. T^T Wish me luck.

Hehe, this is such a cute concept, and now I'm curious about the fanfiction you've written (I would like to read it). I rarely go into the Spiral fanfiction section without recommendations anymore, but I think I'll have to hunt it down. I feel guilty now, because your signature asks "Why are you stalking me?" and I feel like saying, "Because I love Spiral and your art!" xD Sorry if I'm imposing in any way. I just think your art is wonderful and I'm a huge fan of Spiral.
Anyway, it's such a cute scene, and so very in character for both Hiyono and Ayumu.

I'm not sure how to go about coloring it. All the pictures I find to try and get some idea are done with photoshop or something. I'm not sure how to color the rain with my color pencils.
