I wanted to portray the feeling you sometimes wake up with on early mornings, where a dream you've just had lingers on for hours and hours, making you walk around in a daze of a half awake, half dreaming state of mind..

It really is quite a peculiar experience..

In this art work she's had a dream of a lost love, or of a mysterious lover perhaps, and she sees his face in the smoke of the incense burner - in those lonely hours of the morning, when the sun is just coming up outside...

This was my entry to the annual 2010'Think Pink Contest' hosted by `JunkbyJen for the 'Digital, mixed media' category...
