CRYSTAL GEMS STEVEN UNIVERSE
I have to say, my favorite character is the original Giant Woman Opal and she didn’t even make the cut on this final piece🤣🤣
I did sketch her some years ago and this April I drew a quick study of Lapis Lazuli which quickly got away from me and became a full piece. (I am gonna tack her on somewhere in here ,, even though she is looking way too much like one of my personal characters).
From there, I got an urge to rewatch the series and then I decided maybe I redraw Opal properly to post for Pride Month.
After some contemplation I decided I would do the main 4 and that got out of hand pretty fast,, in no time I was drawing a 13 character cast and managing in a background. (As a special aside for those of you who don’t know me personally, backgrounds and vehicles take me FOREVER to draw to my liking).
So I’ve basically spent the entire month now conjuring up this piece and JUST in time by the last day of June 😰😰.
Hopefully it was worth the crazy,, much love to ALL ✨🌟❤️🌈❤️🌟✨
