Mephiles the dark, pain to color, pain to ink, just a big painmeant to be on the side....can't explain it, but I always think he walks on his side, staring up at you freakishly
I do personally think he deserves a mouth
big nasty teeth and long tongue...don't have the skills to make drool...thought I would just wreck the picture if I tried to add anyas for variation with the lines, I do not think it went well with how I colored this
but I am not so sure...but I still enjoy the colors..then again I enjoy blue

colors are well balance specially the tones from light to dark. deatials are illustrated nicely this really amaze me. specially the colors and illustration u did great job!

The character study is very entertaining to me. He has a rather silly and wild look that could give a either a feeling of joy or regret to have as a pet. I think the "unbalance-ness" of his pose works well with the design. The "ice element" type of feel to the character is very unique with the icicles and the geometric shapes its composed of. Very interesting!
I'm not sure what size of paper you were working with, but the design of the character feels very cramp and feels like you designing to the size of the paper. The pose of the creature doesn't feel very natural, but that might be because of all the icicles hanging around him.
Nice, solid character design and the colors work very well for the overall ice theme, if that's what you intended. Um, I just noticed it's a piece of fanart, but where ever he came from, it's an interesting take. Nice work!
