These are some concepts for steampunk-themed weapons; weapons that Bahamut or others would use.The first one is an idea for a steampunk revolver, only the linework since I'm playing with the color concepts.
It can fire four different types of ammo, the first is the standard "normal ammo", second are explosive rounds, third are the armor-piercing "spike shots" and last are the most power plasma shots.
Next are three sword designs:
The first is a normal sickle sword or "khopesh", which could be described as a sword and an axe put together, this weapon design is more based on the ancient egyptian design.
The second concept is for a "clockwork sword". The blade is compact, so at the turn of a switch, the gears turn, extending the blade out to full length.
The last sword is a concept for a 'gunblade'. The gun part is based on an early 'repeating rifle' design, much like what you would see during the Western frontier, the blade is a permanent fixture to the rifle base.

The plasma rounds are like any plasma weapon. It is a more powerful blast, just with a more steampunk feel to it. Instead of generating the plasma though, the plasma is contained in the sphere at the head of the bullet, exploding on impact.

Unfortunately, it's these sorts of rounds are very rare, when Bahamut has them he only uses them when he really has to.

they,re pretty much like any other firearms the only diffrence is they can fire practicly anything including spells
other then that i dont think they,re any diffrent

They remind me of the Casters from Outlaw Star. They sound neat,but they wouldn't fit the setting I think.

Nice, reminds me of weapons from Arcanum (e.g. everything from magic swords to repeating rifles and primitive railguns).

I don't know much about Arcanum, but that's the nice thing about Steampunk, you can play around with things like railguns and such, so long as it fits the technology era.

Arcanum is an amazing game, not just for the flare of meshing tech with sorcery, but also for capturing the setting of the Victorian age so well. Not just the look of the era, but also the darker elements such as social Darwinism, class divisions, racism, and the beginning of eugenics. Plus, with the assortment of character races, backgrounds, and skills, you can play as almost anyone. Be an embittered elven summoner determined to bring down high technology at any opportunity, a halfing hedge wizard, or a human techno-paladin.
