The head piece was nothing more than craft foam hahahah, I made the lines by just 'carving' them into the craft foam since if you press craftfoam hard enough it leaves indentations and then just painted it with metal silver acrylic paint 
oh yeah and it's two rectangles, one bigger than the other one, glued together to give it that depth.
