Birb. Redesign of my Chatot character, now remaned to Chord (since he was simply named Cha before, which.... is kind of lacking creativity xD). I suppose his parents didn't bother to come up with anything better when he was younger, so his friend Dokuro would eventually just give him a better name. And a scarf. And a rock as a pendant to wear, which Dokuro found and gave to him since it looks like the skull-shaped thingy on a Houndoom's neck/chest, with Dokuro being a Shiny Houndoom.
