very nice, but i think it would look better it you would make your darks a little bit more dark.
The right eye has nice dark...black make up around it. But the left one....not that much. You should of made the shadow a pure black like in the picture.
In my opinion that shadow looks too light....what makes the eye look wired.
But the rest looks good!
