In the next few days I will be sharing some more images from this photo shoot.

The purpose is to give examples of how each image can alter your perception of the subject, by small variations in position and emotional responses in my subject to me, the photographer.

Todays image is a straight on shot in inner city Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, one of the first I shot of her. In this version the background of the city is important as well as the subject. If you follow the next few days you will see the same woman in a completely different appearance, although nothing has changed.

Taken with my Leica M2 and a 90mm F4.0 Elmar on Kodak Panatomic X, a ultra fine grain, long tone black and white panchromatic film, in 1976.
