I got really hungry then imagined a Katsudon. Then I realized they looked like rice terraces. Then I realized how beautiful that lookedSo I present to you an Old Lady with her not-so rice terraces with rice under; Of which she harvests to collect sauce. The Onion Naga that lives in it with her onion snakes likes the old lady and helps her tend to the field and keep ants out of it. In return she gives them a share of her Scallion harvest. That’s her “place”-mat by the way haha--

I mean, WHY WOULDn'T I LOVE THIS?? The rendering and color palette is so beautiful. and I know pixel art takes a special set of skills, not to mention its time consuming and very VERY detailed work, like every damn pixel counts and the FaCt ThAT YOU CAN SPIT THIS OUT IS CRAZY IMPRESSIVE.

Honestly... I don't know..??? It's like a bunch of hours scattered within the week after being busy. But if I could make an estimate combination.. I spent like.. a day or two... maybe even three or two and a half. That's on me for not tHINKING SOME CONCEPTS THROUGH AHAHA
