Must say that drawing buildings is a challenging task, at least for me, who never truly practiced on detailing those. In any case, I hope you would like the final result which costed me all of my possible powers and skills. Again, thank you very much for being patient!

Dang, Jane! O_O This is...wow! If you hadn't said you had been working on this for a month I would've thought you've been gone on some training trip with a master artist. XD This is amazing! From the shading, lighting, the pose of the ponies, the fire, the castle... I

Not going to lie, it mainly took lots of time because of my motherboard-rest-in-peace issue. In short, I just lost the original PSD file which was made till the background process. How does it sound? Obviously, that took a bit more time than I expected, and this castle...eh, I think I should study more on those. It is better than my previous Taj Mahal work, but waaay too far from being perfection.
Sometimes I think that 'perfection' doesn't exist at all.
Anyway, thank you very much, I am so glad that you like the final work!

Oh, so it was your motherboard, huh? Ouch. Thank goodness it wasn't the GPU though. Those things have skyrocketed in price, as I recently found out. Mine that I got two years ago that was $429 is now worth $2367.
That's still quite a bit of progress you lost. For one drawing I was doing my hard drive crashed when I was only at the line art phase and because of that I quit drawing for multiple years until I got into MLP. XD
That's because perfection doesn't exist. Honestly. Even when someone thinks they're perfect, there's still plenty more for them to learn. Nothing in life is perfect. Everything has flaws, and that's all right.
You're very welcome, and that's all right that you don't know! It's details like that that can make someone's art stand out. I'll just imagine it's someone like Shining Armor. XD
