Mina is a kunoichi and the second member of the "Young Seadog Crew".
She's very pretty and likes to show that, this fact with the result that she's a little arrogant. But she's nice and tolerant girl.
The reason why she join to the crew is a bit special:
She was captured by Fenrick (for the prime and she's stolen his money). In jail, she's visited by his hunter Fenrick (in night) and propose her to join his "Crew" or stay in her jail. So she's accepted and they went both away.
For a thief (especially like her), the contract would have after the escape but she stays with Fenrick. He is becoming a first "True Friend" even the opposition about many things (like cat and dog) and theirs puerile and funnies arguments (All the crew affirm they like a cute couple but Fenrick and Mina don't agree with violence).
The funny thing about her, she is a kleptomaniac. She steal all things with a certain value she finds (money, gems, even sculptures). This mania makes some tensions with the crew but nothing bad. The crew have a quotation in the ship "If we don't find your money , go in Mina's Room. You should find your money and surely your watch."

Powers: As she is a Kunoichi, Mina uses some Ninja skills and disturb his opponent to hit his weakness. She's good in Hand-to-Hand combat (less than Fenrick) but she prefer a "quick and clean battle".
She ate a Zoan Akuma no mie like Fenrick but the opposite:
the Neko Neko no Mie: Model Cat. She can transform herself into a black cat or into a black catwoman.

Her goal: Find a place called "The Divine Garden", a incredible garden which even take rest here.
Mina want see the beauty in it peaceful form.
This legendary place can be an origin of Devil's Fruit.

Her StrawHat's opponent is of course Nami. Nami is very good to find treasures, Mina is good to steal them to her^^
