Sweet. A couple of weeks ago I was wandering around a marsh and came across this dead, mostly destroyed tree. I thought that it looked like the ground was vomiting out tentacles. This image has a spooky resemblance to that poor, poor tree..

Sounds pretty wicked! I've seen some pretty gnarly trees myself. I adore drawing trees as much as I do tentacles. Thanks very much for the feedback!

This one was my absolute favorite to draw! 6 out of the 8 pieces so far were dreams I had, and this one literally woke me up at 2 am, and I sketched it out in the dark, with the light of my cell phone, haha! I have photographic memory, so I remember my dreams in vivid detail.

The bloody pit was so fucking fun to draw.

Haha! Gotta love a nice bloody pit. Occasionally I like drawing freakish monsters, as I have a great love of the horror genre. I don't do it very often anymore though, but you might have inspired me enough to do it again. Some of my work is inspired by my dreams, but my dreams get a little overtly detailed and bizzarro, so it's hard to convey that in a traditional sense. As in.. I am incapable of translating them! It is really cool that you can do that.

Hell yeah! haha! This one was also a personal fave of my daughters'. They kept hovering over me when I was drawing it, lol. I dig the horror genre in an artistic sense, not so much horror movies, more like dark art. Would love to see some bizzaro stuff from you! That's in my wheelhouse for sure.

Thank you my dear! The tree was the first thing I drew, the rest was added as I went along. It's supposed to have that 'person-like' quality, so I'm glad you picked up on that. Appreciate the fave as well!
