I like how you've done his suit top left, especially the shading on the helmet sides and bubbles in the fluid. Know very little of the chair and its maybe a little stylised, but I think you've managed to bring in the elements of the original quite well. His hair is perhaps a little too think on the bottom pic, but I certainly got the feel of 'messy' from how you've splayed out all the ends, and his beard and wrinkles are great I vote.

Valid critiques perhaps (Looked at some images of the char, whom I don't know, and ear thing is certainly true, but his ears don't appear in any of the shots here, so why bring it up, unless you mean you feel they should be more prominent?) but it's arguably pretty clear this 'critique' boils down to some kind of hounding based on some bad blood between you two (I followed your gameFAQs link and it's clear you two seriously do not like one another) instead of true constructive criticism, which is a pity as what you've said could be easily presented in such a way.
I do not know, nor to be frank care really, the ins and outs of said bad blood; all that I do know is that you have chosen to come onto the DeviantART of an artist I have followed and known for many years and have essentially gone out of your way to destroy his work, which I would argue renders your argument (as valid as it may have been in the first place) null and void as it is a biased perspective based on personal vendetta. This is a real pity as the faces sheet you link to I quite like and I think you captured the char in your style quite well (as has Goldsickle here in his style; I for the record saw messy hair when I saw this). I would fav your face sketches to, but I feel I cannot since your attitude has, to be frank, put me off of your work; if you feel the need to hunt down someone and mud-sling like this in some attempt to spin public opinion, than to be frank I do not wish to give you the time of day, no matter how right or wrong you may be.
And concerning your claim of him having your art taken down here based on 'CC', may I ask for evidence of that? It's a big claim to make, especially against someone whom I know many people admire.
And just before you dive onto my DA to slate my drawings in some attempt at revenge; I know my art is abysmal, so no point.
My advice, to be blunt (and especially if you want to be 'a professional' as you say); take this back (or rewrite it to be a little politer), admit differences, then walk away, lest you become another Phil Fish.
