Nox and Tok, my conjoined twin does.

Not only do they share a main body. While some of their internal organs are split others are others never did.

So! A quick rundown on their anatomy.

Their necks and head are completely separate. They have their own functioning brains and frontal senses (taste, smell, sight, hearing). Their four front legs are completely operation and independent of one another. Fully formed and strong. Their heart is larger than average, but that is because in the womb in began to separate but did not separate completely but instead formed into one. They share one set of lungs and one digestive track. Though they have four kidneys, two livers, to sets of internal reproductive tracts but only one vagina. They have one set of completely working back legs, but another set are smaller and rather useless. The muscles are atrophied from a lack of use, but they still manage the occasional spastic flail.

The two also have very different personalities, but I'll go into that later on
