Description
I was suprised it actually scanned! 
And NO it wasn't done in watercolor...
I used Crayola markers... and smeared it with a Q-tip to make it Look like watercolor...
Afterwards I used color Crayola Pencils ... The Twistable kind!
I don't own Flint the time detective or any other charecters from the anime....
I'ts just sheer Fan art!
