Description
A follow up to my previous submission, based on Ben Hurst's notes for Nicole's origins. Witness the result of Robotnik's experiment on her.

This is wonderfully exceptional Piece. It realy provides a sad and emotional Story of Nicole's new Origan for this Alternate scenario. I realy feel sorry for the Poor little girl as she's trapped behind the screen. I can't help but wonder if she can see Julian holding her limp Husk before before her? He looks like he's delibertly showing her, her fate. I can honestly here her in my head. The Poor child has been stolen from her life, her family her pearents. Possibly betrayed, obvisouslytricked and now trapped in a computer. beautifully drawn colored shaded and tells the story ^^

Thanks for the thoughtful critique, ReaverPan. This pic seems to have struck a lot of viewers, but a lot of the credit goes towards Ben Hurst for the original idea. While he made it clear where Nicole eventually ended up, there was no mention about what happened to her body. What do you think?

(Wow, this is the first Critique I've done that's gotten 5 stars all across the board)
Vision:
I have to say, the vision is spectacular, the shading is amazing, and the characters look very realistic. I can see Julian laughing and Nicole hanging from his arm while her consciousness it pressed up against the screen crying for her body back...
Also the shading is amazing, especially on Julian's face and hands.
Snively also looks pretty good, heh, he actually has a full head of hair.
Originality:
This is a really good plot point here, it's fairly simple, but that's actually how most plots are good, I noticed the handheld connected to the computer (I wonder how all that data could fit in that small thing anyway) as well as the headset that drained her consciousness and the buckles that held her in place, I can just see her kicking and screaming to be set free while Julian is just laughing at her... Talk about nightmares for the poor kid.
Technique:
Again, I have to say that the shading is amazing and the environment is really good, it's just the place Julian would have a secret base also the tubes behind Snively (power cells?) look very interesting for some reason.
Impact:
This Scene is just amazing, I love it because it's just so heart breaking and slightly horrifying, especially thinking if you were that little kid going through the experience kicking and screaming... It just proves how evil Julian truly is...
It immediately made me feel like I was actually there as a unseen bystander and my eyes widened upon seeing the picture for the first time.
all in all a simply amazing drawing, You have great talent most do not possess.
I will be eagerly waiting for your next drawing so I can absorb more experiences like this.

I love comments that show the viewer has an emotional reaction to the imagery. It's what makes painting so much fun. I'm also glad that you're able to fill in the narrative through various details. I stumbled on this picture while listening to Forty-Six and 2 by Tool. While not entirely the same meaning the lyrics kind of fit this situation. That's just me though.

*suddenly a warp ring opens and I along with four GUN Soldiers step out* "Here," *tosses a laser rifle to you* "We've got a fat dictator to assassinate!"

*We finally reach Robotnik and Snively only to realize it's tool late to save Nicole. We kill Robotnik out of anger and turn Snively over to the GUN to stand trial for war crimes.*

*Were he is to await an execution by hanging. The GUN Commander, Abraham Tower, walks up to him.* "Do you have any last words?" *Snively shakes his head no and he is then hung until he dies from suffocation.*

Her current backstory and development is different from this. It currently falls more in line with the style of Gamma's own development in Sonic Adventure.
