I like the composition, it is very easy to read. You have a lot of characters on the page but you still managed to organize them so that they do not clog up the piece. The colors are believable without being boring. The hue variation on the skin tones add life to your characters (especially on Santa). I appreciate the simple design for the elves, it works pretty well. That expression on Santa....it puts a smile on my face every time I look at it.
