Its goes along with the illuminati symbol. Fezzes are hats worn by members of organizations, secret societies or elite status (Shriners, Stone Cutters, Satanist). So when you see a fez with the all seeing eye on it in my art, just think secret organization. The ones really running the show and pulling the strings. Controlling us and running the world. Its sinnister and creepy and I love that kind of shit.
