Please DO NOT ask to have this as a tattoo: be inspired by it, but do not copy in anyway. Get a design that is unique to you. [link]idea: skull bedded in a rose

duration: 10-15 min.
In my journey to learn and become a tattoo artist, my friend Alf (an long time recipient of the art form) made the comment that the shops I go to may test me with a quick sketch. So he gives an idea, and I create it right on the spot. All comments welcome of course.
Please, no copy or any action which may suggest this is owned or created by your person.

i love this drawing, i tried to do something like it once and ended up drawing and alien instead cuz i messed up the shape of it's face..turned out really cool though, and someone actually tattooed it on their foot

I rather you just take inspiration from it, rather than copy it in anyway: commission me or your tattoo artist to create a design unique just for you that's simply inspired by this piece here.

If you're interested in getting this done, I suggest to simply ask your chosen tattoo artist to take inspiration from it.

I don't really see what could be changed without it being drastically different which would defeat the point. And a tiny change would also kinda defeat the point. I'll send a message to the first person you gave permission to and see what happened. I'm not gonna steal this though.

Unfortunately, despite the easy money I know that lies with making flash and flash sheets, I loath flash. I would never tattoo flash on a person, or create designs for that purpose.

I really like your style and this sketch is great, especially for a tattoo piece. I love sketchy, black and white works and I used to do alot of them myself while in school/college although nothing as good as this!! I'd be honoured if you had a look at them in my gallery under "sketches" and told me what you thought, as I havent had any inspiration for years but really need to start drawing again.
This is a great drawing to be inked/get inspiration from, I just hope the first person who requested got it and nobody else!

I would advise not to, as others have asked and I don't intend any of my designs as flash (which I loathe). I'd suggest be inspired by the concept, and have your tattoo artist create a unique design with that inspiration.
And of course, remember that inspiration does not mean copy

It's a warning, and a suggestion, more than anything. I don't believe it'll be wise for you to have the exact design, It'll be great for you to have a design that was inspired by it though. As long as it doesn't look like a straight copy, I think it'll be cool.
So basically what I'm saying is, take the concept of a skull in a flower and see what your artist comes up with. And if it comes out better than this sketch of mine, even better for you! Using the exact sketch, or just changing small things about it, wouldn't be worth your time.
