I'm a complete sucker for anything iridescent. This little guy lives in a tropical greenhouse and was very camera-shy, but I got a few shots of him. I think he's some sort of humming bird, but I'm not sure at all. I might even be tempted to try and render his beautiful colors with my colored pencils at some point, but right now I'm working on several huge projects. We'll see if I manage to take a break
