Description I don't even know ... this is such a regular capture. I may have been striving for something more (as per usual) I can't deny ... the other thing I can't deny is that I'm in love with this particular cup I've got from a friend of mine. Isn't it lovely?
And when dark evening comes ... sometimes it warms my heart, just to sit all alone and have my own little celebration, ceremony of depression, one's private session (what about writing a poem? ;D ha-ha) . Don't you have this issue? Tea time is so accurate at these points. No matter it was 24th December yesterday. Where's tea - there's hope.

I agree, the little owls are wonderful. I like their gaze, something between a sudden, alarmed focus and a happy, energetic calmness. I think this could fit well in this scene, and these days in general.

Thanks. I listened to the song, it's not what I'd define as my taste in music but ... it's really ... I hardly am able to find the right words to describe my thoughts, feelings.

Hah, I understand. Though I listen to all kinds of music, I mostly enjoy classical - not only Beethoven or Mozart but all years of classical, from 1100 to this day - including birdsong, the salty wind on an island and the drops of water hitting a leaf. And sometimes I'm afraid to post some pieces; "What if people think I'm an elitist?" I'm glad you liked the piece's sound, because, in my opinion, what matters is how much beauty sound can bring to your soul, regardless of its name.

You're absolutely right. when I was down I used to listen to many of random zen, meditation song I randomly found on youtube and I loved when wholeheartedly.
At the present time, I rarely listen to it ... but ... it's so worth and powerful to make one feel at peace.

Out of pure curiosity, what is your preferred genre of music, if you have any? In my case, it would be a bit hard to say, because I really listen to so contrasting forms and styles of music... I will literally hear anything I possibly come across that seems interesting. I do enjoy listening to contemporary classical a lot, but the title can often be misleading.

I'm really not sure if there's a particular music genre I preffer and attribute a greater value to. I certainly LOVE an alternative-rock band called Placebo. But I'm not against any kind of music in case it's pleasant to listen to it. I'd like a good rap song as well as dance or even auto-tuned ;D I'm no really a person with supreme taste in music. But what I can't stand is Cyrus, Nicky Minaj etc ... cause this is even lower than low and sick taste in music.   So ... maybe my attitude is similiar to yours.

Hmm... I personally don't think Miley Cyrus or Nicky Minaj are worse than other artists. I mean, I can't listen to their music, but it's merely my personal taste. I also don't like rap too much and mostly listen to all years of classical, but that doesn't mean that, say, Coolio is inferior to Beethoven. All of them have something to say, and they say it - I might disagree with it, but I will never stop supporting their equal right to say it.
My favourite "contemporary classical" (I don't really like the term - have I said it again?) composers are Arvo Pärt, Wim Mertens, Yann Tiersen... a young one is called Mantas Savickis and I find his work really good. Also, you might want to check Gabriel Prokofiev, Sergei's grandson; he combines the classical heritage with his experience as an electro-pop DJ, so you might find a lot of his music to your liking. In the realm of "popular music" (neither do I like this term ) I like a lot of music from the '80s, especially Alphaville. I'm a little lost when it comes to today's bands, but I think Sigur Ros are brilliant.

I totally agree with you. The cup is really lovely, I adore the little owls. Sometimes, when I'm alone at home, I sit in front of the window with a cup of tea and I let my mind travels all around the world, thinking of anything. These moments help me to rest a little and think about my life, my feelings, my fails. This cup of tea makes me feel in peace. Good job, like always.

Everyone has those 'their' moments. I pretty much can relate to this as well. Thank you
