here comes el tigre's most super evil enemy.mike is known as El Tigre Negro, which means black tiger.
he even has the same abilities and attacks of manny's el tigre powers.
i like the background, it came out so dark and evil-looking.

He is not really a clone, he a citizen who also has a el tigre belt only that his belt is filled with darkness. :3
