One of my sisters is still certain that, when we were sharing a bunkbed as children, she heard me say in my sleep, "Don't eat me; eat my sister."
Kind of hard to defend myself when I, y'know, wasn't awake at the time, but it sounds unlike me; I'm mildly autistic and, in all the nightmares I've remembered when I woke up (almost sixty years of 'em now), being all alone in the creepy situation was one of the things that made it so scary, because nobody could possibly help me or even, y'know, know what happened to me.

Awww, you're so sweet for playing along with her and protecting her from what she sees. A friend of mine has a schizophrenic boyfriend, he gets really scared of his visions and my friend protects him, it's so adorable (they're a same-sex couple).

My ex was schizophrenic.... She had six foot badger warriors that aided her in the fight between Heaven and Hell. It was her duty to protect Earth from both God and Satan. Needless to say I slept on the sofa after she attacked Saint Michael in her sleep and broke my nose. Sweet lady though. She broke it off and dated a man after me because her family couldn't stand having a lesbian in the family.
