Hoooooly crap, nice one. The only thing I can see to make it better is maybe sharpening up the details on her face and hands. They seem really inconsistent compared to the rest of the image. Other than that, it's perfect. <3

Beautiful! Nice dress and a pretty face.

Although: She'll look much better without weird blue and yellow things on her legs. It'll be great if you could redraw her dress and cover her legs. Also yellow dragons shouldn't be there, it just kinda devalues a picture. Etc.
