Actually the evos of all the monkey-things are hilarious but this one is the best

I just looked over the list of new pokes, and to be frank theres soo many nice looking ones.
I think they are changing the art style of pokemon tough, they seem to be leaning more to an ol' 60s anime style, pluss the disigns seems to get more elaborate as we go. Not that I'm complaining.
Annywho, I simply love those elemental monkeys. They remind me of the first set of evee evolutions, plus I bet they could kick that useless starter Chimchar any day.

I think the character designers said somewhere they were actually trying to go for a more "western" style with these since this game is supposed to take place in the Poke-world equivalent of America rather than Japan like the past games... I can definitely see it, most of the new ones really have a more retro-cartoony style to them
I thought it was kinda weird they have TWO Fire-type primates (Hihidaruma and the fire elemental monkey guy) just one gen after Chimchar, but they're both pretty neat designs IMO so I won't complain
