This is Hikari, a recurring character in JMM. She has the ability to grant people wishes, but only for those who are pure of heart. c:

I really need to kick myself to start drawing JMM characters in their human formes more, since that's the forme that they're in 90% of the time. xD The problem is that I find them incredibly difficult and it takes ages (this one took me two nights to make) but I guess the more often I draw them, the better I'll get. Hopefully. ;;
